The Pavilion Condominiums are located at 10 Kenneth Avenue in North York, a quiet side street near the intersection of Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue.  The building was completed in 1986 and many of the common areas have been renovated within the past five years.   There are numerous amenities including a party room, library, gym, billiards room, indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and a private park for residents with barbeque facilities.

Given its location, the Pavilion is close to major public transit routes including both the Yonge and Sheppard subway lines, highways, North York General Hospital,  several parks, and a variety of retail stores along Yonge street including Whole Foods, Loblaws, Longo’s, Shoppers Drug Mart, movie theatres and numerous independent shops and restaurants.  The North York Public Library, the North York Centre for the Performing Arts and the Douglas Snow Aquatic Centre are all within walking distance. There are also several large malls to the east, such as Bayview Village at Bayview and Sheppard, and Fairview Mall at Don Mills and Sheppard, as well as Yorkdale Mall to the west, at Dufferin and Highway 401.
